My family and I have been fortunate to call the Scotch Plains/Westfield area home for more than 20 years. I've been married for 25 years, and my wife and I have three children, two dogs, and deep roots in the community. Before becoming a Multi-Territory Owner/Operator with Sir Grout, I spent nearly 30 years building, leading, and operating businesses, primarily in financial services and alternative investments. Throughout my career, I developed a passion for building great teams, solving client problems, developing trusted relationships, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Launching Sir Grout North/Central New Jersey gives me the opportunity to bring that same approach to homeowners and businesses in the communities my family and I have called home for decades. Our team provides professional tile, grout, and natural stone restoration services designed to restore, protect, and maintain the surfaces in our clients' homes and businesses. My goal is simple: provide every client with professional service, honest guidance, clear communication, and results they can feel confident about. I'm equally committed to building a positive work culture where our team members feel respected, supported, and proud of the work they do. I believe great customer experiences start with great people.
Giving back is also an important part of my life. For more than two decades, I have been actively involved with Help For Children, a global organization dedicated to preventing and treating child abuse, and I currently serve as a Global Board Member. For me, Sir Grout is about more than restoring surfaces—it's about building a great local business, creating opportunities for our team, and earning the trust of every client we serve.
